Landscape with Animals

I understand how daunting it can feel to first make the decision to seek help and then be faced with the challenge of how to pick the right counsellor for you.  It is a very personal choice; the fact that you are here shows that you have already made a very positive step towards your own growth and change.

That is why I offer a free 20-minute, no obligation intro call, where we can start the conversation about what led you to seeking support.  It also provides an opportunity for you to get a feel for how I might be able to help you - and for me to answer any questions you may have about how counselling can help or about me or how I work.

If it feels right for us both, we can then move on to booking your first session.

I look forward to meeting you.

Sessions last between 50-60 minutes.  Ideally we'll meet weekly initially; thereafter, I'll work with you to accommodate your preferences in terms of frequency of meeting - this may be weekly, fortnightly, monthly or on an ad hoc basis.  We can discuss this in our initial chat.

I offer counselling to individuals aged 18 and over. I am fully qualified, insured and DBS checked. I provide some early morning and evening appointment slots, as well as during normal working hours. I work Monday to Friday.

My office is in a rural setting and separate from my house, with off-street parking.  It is easily accessible by wheelchair.  I do not work online.

I am fully compliant with the terms of the Equality Act, which means that I do not discriminate for any reason and welcome all equally.
