FREE INTRODUCTORY CALL

I offer a free, no obligation introductory phone call which typically lasts around 20 minutes.

This can be a useful way for you to get a sense of how you feel whilst speaking to me as we begin to explore what is going on for you currently.  It also provides an opportunity to ask any questions you may have about therapy or how I work.

STANDARD SESSION

A session costs £60 and lasts 55 minutes.  This can be in-person or online to suit you.

Sessions can be weekly, fortnightly or ad hoc to suit your needs - I will work with you to find the right frequency and duration for you.
