FREE INTRODUCTORY CHAT

A 20-minute free, no obligation session for you to see whether you would like to work with me and for me to answer any questions you may have.

THERAPY SESSION

A therapy session lasts between 50-60 minutes and costs £55.  These can be done in person at my office or over the phone and are usually weekly. I do not work online.
