It is inevitable that at times in our lives we may feel overwhelmed and less equipped to be able to deal with the challenges we face.  Counselling offers a positive intervention that can provide support and a renewed sense of self when you need it most.

Counselling is very different to talking to a friend or relative; having neutral support when you are finding things hard can help to bring clarity, reduce distress and enable longer-lasting change, through a deeper understanding of yourself.

Asking for help is an act of self-care; the fact that you are here shows that you have already made a positive step towards your personal growth and change.
