ABOUT ME
Caring. Professional. Non-judgemental. Confidential.
After many years working in the corporate world, I trained as a Counsellor because I strongly believe in the significant value, and potential for growth and change, that counselling can bring.
I work with clients using sensitive inquiry, thoughtful perception and a genuine desire to understand the challenges or blocks in their life. I am receptive to seeing people beyond how they ostensibly may appear - and aware that they may be suffering in ways which aren't evident at all.
I offer my honesty, integrity and care for you on your journey. I endeavour to create an atmosphere of ease and respect, in which you feel encouraged to talk about and explore yourself and your life in a way that you may never have been able to before. This supported exploration may help you to gain insights into your feelings and behaviour, empowering you to live the life that you want.
My approach to building a therapeutic relationship with you stems from my personal qualities of responsibility, attentiveness, patience and positivity.
